Lawson Fresh – Exterior Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Lawson Fresh! These Terms & Conditions govern all exterior cleaning services. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, submitting payment, or allowing work to begin, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Scope of Services

Lawson Fresh provides residential exterior cleaning services, including:

  • Pressure washing and soft washing

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Deck, fence, driveway, sidewalk, and exterior surface cleaning

  • Optional seasonal lawn care

All services are performed using professional-grade equipment and industry-standard cleaning agents.

2. Service Expectations

Clients understand that:

  • Exterior cleaning may cause changes in appearance due to age, oxidation, or material condition

  • Some stains may not be fully removable

  • Wood may lighten or experience minor fiber lift

  • Cleaned surfaces should remain clear of foot or vehicle traffic for at least 4 hours

  • Results are cosmetic and not guaranteed to restore surfaces to original condition

3. Pre-Existing Conditions & Photo Documentation

  • Lawson Fresh may take before-and-after photographs for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes (including the Lawson Fresh website).

  • Lawson Fresh is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

    • Structural defects, deteriorated materials, or improper installation

    • Loose or damaged siding, failing paint or sealants

    • Cracked or chipped concrete, deteriorated wood

    • Oxidation, rust, algae staining, or fading

  • Cleaning may reveal damage previously hidden by dirt, mold, or organic growth

4. Landscaping & Chemical Exposure

  • Reasonable precautions are taken to protect landscaping

  • Cleaning agents, runoff, wind, or overspray may affect plants

  • Stressed or weakened vegetation may react unpredictably

  • Lawson Fresh is not liable for landscaping damage unless caused by proven negligence

5. Windows, Glass & Oxidation

  • Lawson Fresh is not responsible for:

    • Window spotting, streaking, scratches, ghosting, or haze

    • Oxidation exposure revealing lighter surfaces

    • Damage caused by faulty, aging, or improperly installed windows or frames

Gutter Cleaning Disclaimer

  • Gutter cleaning may reveal loose fasteners, deteriorated fascia, rot, or prior repairs

  • Lawson Fresh is not responsible for pre-existing gutter or fascia issues or for minor debris or water discharge during service

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Close all windows and doors

  • Remove vehicles, furniture, fragile items, and decorations from work areas

  • Keep pets and children away from work zones

  • Provide clear access to work areas, water sources, and electrical outlets

Lawson Fresh is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to meet these responsibilities.

HOA and Local Authority Compliance
The client acknowledges that if their property is governed by a Homeowner Association (HOA) or any comparable local housing authority, it is solely the client’s responsibility to obtain any required permissions, approvals, or permits prior to service. The client assumes full responsibility for any fees, fines, penalties, or additional costs imposed by such organizations. Lawson Fresh shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or damages arising from noncompliance with HOA rules or local authority requirements. Service scheduling and execution may be adjusted at the discretion of Lawson Fresh if approvals are not in place at the time of service.

7. Water, Electrical & Hidden Utilities

  • Clients grant permission to use exterior water and electrical outlets

  • Lawson Fresh is not responsible for damage caused by faulty wiring, non-GFCI outlets, aging fixtures, inadequate water supply, or hidden/undisclosed utilities, including irrigation lines, drains, or lighting

8. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, or credit card via the Lawson Fresh website

  • Quoted prices are fixed — time saved does not reduce the agreed price

  • Additional services requested and approved during the visit may increase the total cost

Late Payments: Up to 10% per week late fee may apply. Unpaid invoices after 5 days may be sent to collections, and clients agree to cover collection and legal costs.

9. Cancellations & Scheduling

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the quoted price

  • Services may be rescheduled due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns

10. Right to Refuse or Stop Work

Lawson Fresh reserves the right to refuse or stop work due to:

  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions

  • Aggressive animals

  • Conditions materially different from the original quote

11. Liability & Indemnification

  • Lawson Fresh is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or structural defects unless caused by proven negligence

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lawson Fresh from claims, losses, or damages arising from services performed, except in cases of proven negligence

12. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting service, scheduling work, submitting payment, or allowing Lawson Fresh to perform services, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • If the client is not present at completion, photo documentation shall serve as acceptance unless concerns are reported within 24 hours

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, including the 20% Valentine’s Special, are not combinable with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

The 20% Valentine’s Special is valid through February 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM. This promotion will be applied to the final invoice, with the 20% discount calculated and deducted from the total service amount.

Lawson Fresh reserves the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time, except where prohibited by law.

Lawson Fresh – Laundry Services Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Lawson Fresh! Our goal is to provide professional, high-quality laundry services delivered with care, transparency, and attention to detail. By accepting a quote, scheduling a service, or submitting payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions for laundry services.

1. Laundry Service Description

Lawson Fresh provides residential laundry pickup and delivery services, including washing, drying, and folding using standard care practices unless special instructions are provided at the time of booking or pickup.

At this time, Lawson Fresh does not offer pressing, ironing, or targeted stain removal services.

2. Pickup & Delivery Options

Laundry services may be scheduled as one-time or recurring based on client preference.

Clients must provide safe, accessible pickup and delivery locations.

Turnaround Options:

  • Standard Service (Regular Turnaround)
    Pickup by 8:00 PM on the day of booking; returned the following day.

  • Express Service (Faster Turnaround)
    Pickup by 2:00 PM; returned by 8:00 PM the same day.
    Limited to 50 pounds or less.

Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by volume, weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Laundry Pricing

Pricing is based on final weight after washing, drying, and folding.

  • Standard Service: $1.25 per pound

  • Express / Expedited Service: $2.25 per pound

Final weight includes all returned items and any provided hangers.

4. Detergents, Soaps & Laundry Options

Clients may select a detergent preference at the time of booking. All options are included at no additional cost unless otherwise stated.

  • Fresh & Clean (Standard)
    Tide detergent with softener sheets. No in-wash boosters.

  • Fresh Plus
    Tide detergent with an in-wash booster and softener sheets.

  • Hypoallergenic (Free & Clear)
    Fragrance-free and dye-free detergent intended for sensitive skin.

  • Customer-Provided Detergent
    Clients may provide their own detergent or specialty products. Any unused products will be returned with the completed order.

Clients are responsible for notifying Lawson Fresh of any allergies, sensitivities, or detergent preferences prior to service.

5. Heat & Wash Preferences

Special washing or drying instructions (such as cold wash, low heat, or no heat) must be clearly communicated at booking or pickup.

Unless otherwise requested, the standard wash method is cool or warm wash with warm drying.

While care is taken to follow preferences, detergents may contain ingredients that could cause irritation. Clients with known sensitivities should select the hypoallergenic option or provide their own detergent.

6. Folding, Hangers & Packaging

  • Folding is included and is the default service.

  • Hanger service is available if the client provides hangers.

  • Laundry is returned in clear, see-through bags.

  • Provided hangers are included in final weight.

7. Laundry Limitations & Acceptable Items

Lawson Fresh focuses on standard, easy-to-clean household laundry items. Items unsuitable for machine washing or considered unsafe or unsanitary will not be serviced and will be returned at no charge.

Items not accepted include, but are not limited to:

  • Pet beds, horse blankets, or extremely soiled items

  • Items containing biohazards or strong contamination

Clients must empty all pockets prior to pickup.

Lawson Fresh is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by items left in pockets (pens, markers, gum, electronics, etc.)

  • Loss or damage to pocket contents

  • Pre-existing wear, fading, weak seams, missing buttons, or manufacturer defects

Any items found in pockets will be returned when possible.

8. Color & Fabric Disclaimer

Color bleeding, fading, shrinkage, or fabric changes may occur during standard washing, especially with new, untested, or improperly labeled garments.

Lawson Fresh is not responsible for color transfer or fabric damage unless caused by clear negligence.

9. Stain Disclaimer

Reasonable efforts are made to address stains using standard laundering methods. However, some stains may not be fully removable, including but not limited to ink, bleach, rust, grease, or set-in stains.

10. Weighing & Billing

Laundry is weighed after washing, drying, and folding using Lawson Fresh equipment.

Weight measurements are final and non-negotiable.

A $20 security deposit is required prior to pickup and will be applied toward the final invoice.

The remaining balance must be paid before laundry is returned.

11. Non-Payment, Storage & Abandonment

If payment is not received within 3 calendar days of invoice issuance, laundry may be considered abandoned.

Laundry unpaid or unclaimed after 7 calendar days may be donated or disposed of at Lawson Fresh’s discretion and will not be returned.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Lawson Fresh reserves the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous laundry conditions

  • Items unsuitable for standard processing

  • Non-payment or suspected fraudulent activity

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows

No liability is assumed for refusal of service.

13. Liability Limitations

Lawson Fresh exercises reasonable care in handling laundry but is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond reasonable handling.

Liability, if any, is limited to the reasonable replacement value, not exceeding the total service cost.

Clients must notify Lawson Fresh of any fragile, delicate, or special-care items prior to service.

Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

14. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

15. Service Delays

Lawson Fresh is not responsible for service delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, power outages, equipment issues, or events beyond reasonable control.

16. Digital Acceptance

By clicking a service button, accepting a quote, scheduling a service, or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
