Before We Begin... 📋

Once you contact us and review the terms & conditions, we’ll schedule a pickup time and location that works for you.

At that time, please let us know:

• If you’d like to use your own detergent, fabric softener, or special products (just leave them out with your laundry)

• Any preferences like hypoallergenic detergent, low-heat drying, or special care instructions

• If any items need to be returned on hangers instead of folded

 

We’ll then send you a secure payment link for a $20 deposit, which is applied to your final total.

👉 Pricing is simple: $2 per pound.
Your laundry is weighed after it’s cleaned, dried, and neatly bagged — so you’re only paying for fresh, wearable clothes.

Turnaround Time ⏱️

Most orders are returned within 24 hours, unless otherwise communicated.

Step 1: Gather It Up 🧺

Place all your dirty laundry into:

• Hampers

• Trash bags

• Laundry bags

• Or any container you prefer

Set everything outside your front door at the scheduled pickup time.
If you want items returned on hangers, leave the hangers out with the laundry.

Step 2: Pickup Day 🚗

One of our friendly Lawson Fresh service technicians will arrive and safely escort your laundry off to a cleaner, fresher future.

Step 3: Laundry Magic Happens ✨

We handle everything:

• Wash

• Dry

• Fold

• Sort

Your laundry is neatly packed in clear bags (up to 20 lbs per bag).
Once finished, we’ll send you an official invoice showing the final weight and total cost. Your $20 deposit is automatically applied to your balance.

Step 4: Fresh Delivery 🧼

After final payment is received, your clean, fresh laundry is delivered back to you — ready to wear, fold away, or hang up.
